YOGA
is a 5000 year old practice. Yoga in sanskrit means "union".
In our practice we experience the yogic union at different levels: mind and body, movement and breath, self and the environment.
A fluid sequence of asanas --sanskrit for "steady pose"-- brings awareness of body and mind in the surrounding space.
Our bodies link the earth to the sky, in flowing movements where the asanas alignment relates to the natural or built environment.
