MEDITATION is a practice to develop mindfullness, by experiencing presence in space and time, being here and now.
At Sunset Farm we practise three forms of meditation,focuses on connecting our breath with the physical environment --with the earth under our feet, the sky vault above:

  • Sunset Meditation
The Sun path becomes our everchanging reference, guiding our breath in the manifestation of time.
